Presentation and discussion of completed Take Off projects

The aim of Take Off, the thematic research, technology and innovation promotion programme for aviation initiated by the ministry, is to increase the competence of Austrian companies in strategic areas, strengthen human capital in business and science, and improve market entry opportunities for new products and services.

High levels of innovation and cooperation, along with increased networking and knowledge building in industry and academia, are intended to further improve the national and international competitiveness of the domestic aviation industry and aviation sector. 

The long-term aim is to increase the turnover of the Austrian aviation sector, improve connectivity to European and international programmes, and secure innovation in Austria, which in turn will generate secure and highly skilled jobs.
